Parts of it are among the most walkable places in Nashville. In Apartment Guide’s ranking of walkable Nashville neighborhoods, based on Walk Score data from March 2024, East End came first in the city with a score of 88. Two more East Nashville neighborhoods made the top ten: Lockeland Springs was eighth with 73, and Eastwood ninth with 72 (Apartment Guide). East Nashville as a whole is large, though. Its greater area spans ZIP codes 37206, 37216, and 37207 (Wikipedia), so walkability depends on which part you mean.
